Care brilliant.
Poor dept lost with a new system implementation nightmare.
Thank you for your feed back. The implementation of electronic patient records was challenging for the podiatric service team. We are pleased to report that the team have received extensive support from clinical system team who have made modifications in order to streamline the record easier and to use which has resulted in the team being more efficient.
Nothing, care was excellent.
Everything went brilliantly. The care I received both times was amazing with excellent results. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Reilly Helen and all the staff present during and after my ops!

I was made to feel like an individual and wouldn't fault anything, although I am ill the care I received was excellent.

The level of care is excellent and I am very happy with the unit. My only comment on a possible improvement is the parking. Having double follow lines for all patients coming in with fast problems is ridiculous but I know it is not the fault of the unit.
Thank you for your feedback. Parking is limited at many of our our sites and we are limited in what we can do to increase spaces. We are carrying out a review of patient parking and for each site have asked service managers to agree on such things as signage, directions, maps and parking information and then provide common maps and information to go out in letters. They will also provide a contact number in case of difficulty or special requirements. Our Trust website also contains information for disabled patients.
We arrived late and were accommodated for well.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Both doctors were welcoming and friendly.
My chaparone for the physical examination smelled of smoke ( didn't bother me, but it might negatively affect other patients).
